Truong's goes non-smoking

I've been to Truong's on Middle Road twice in once week. I've a big fan of their fountain soda, just one of the small things that I miss from living in the city. The Pho is pretty good, too. And now that the Vietnamese restaurant in Garapan is closed, it is the only place that serves Pho.

Anyway, the reason I'm updating this blog for the first time in months is that Truong's has gone non-smoking. Looks like I'll be giving them more of my business.
