I worked in restaurants from 1998 - 2005. I still can't figure out tipping in the CNMI.
Sometimes I'll leave a tip and they'll bring it back to me. I don't get it. Saipan needs one of those gratuity card things written in five languages and inside of every check presenter. It would help.
In the meantime, I'm just not going to tip.
